The best almond/badam face pack for skin glow for women and babies

The best almond face pack for skin glow for women and babies
Almond/badam paste for facial glow for woman and baby skin
The almonds are rich in vitamin E and nutrients, which helps to nourish the skin, lighten the skin pigmentation and keeps the skin smooth and glow. However, if you don't prepare the pack properly, it will not make any effect on the skin. Here, I am giving a method of preparation of almond paste, which can be used for both women as facial or skin pack and bodypack for babies. This preparation doesn't have any side effects.

The method of preparation:
  • Grind the almond as a fine powder and keep it in the jar for daily use.
  • Then collect the creamy layer of milk, when you boil the milk for daily purposes.
  • Mix both creamy layers of the milk and almond powder very well.
  • Then, boil the water in another vessel and switch off the flame.
  • Insert the almond mixture along with the vessel into the boiling water and cover it for 30 minutes. The almond has to be cooked in steam using the double boiling method. This method helps the almond to combine with milk solids without losing its nutrients.
  • After 30 minutes, you can see a thick paste of almond.
  • Apply on your face and baby's face and body.
  • Let it dry for 15-20 minutes.
  • Wash it with cold water by rubbing the skin in a circular motion
  • Don't use any soap or face wash for the next 6 hours.
  • Please do it daily and you can see the amazing results.
  • You can see the glowing skin of your baby.

Extract coconut milk from minimum ten coconuts. Take a big vessel, warm it nicely and pour coconut milk and continue stirring in same direction. To be noted that this process needs around two hours of boiling continuously. Finally, when the oil reaches the golden brown color, remove sediments immediately otherwise, it will absorb oil reversely in room temperature.
